Have you ever looked at your dog and wondered what they were thinking? This new collar may be able to give you some insight.

A new collar by Jagger & Lewis claims to give dog owners a better way to understand their pooch by sensing changes in their mood.

When the smart collar is on, it measures the activity and behavior of the dog and uploads it to the corresponding smartphone app. By measuring the rate and pattern at which your dog is eating, drinking, sleeping, or moving, the app will analyze the data and provide feedback.

This feedback can include such information such as if your dog is stressed (pacing back and forth), possibly ill (not drinking enough water), or is being irritated by fleas or allergies (excessive scratching).

As the collar collects data over time, the app will also begin to make lifestyle recommendations for your dog, such as with feeding amounts, drinking habits, or exercise recommendations.

It's important to note that the collar is suited for any dog over 4.4 pounds, is waterproof, and guaranteed for one year.

If you're interested in the Jagger & Lewis collar for your own dog, their Kickstarter will be launched on January 31. For more information, you can visit their website.
