If you ever feel that the world sometimes looks at you strangely, then you're probably a horse person.
Admit it: Horse people are a little strange. We pay significant amounts of money to participate in a sport where our team partner can decide to throw us into the dirt at any time. We work hard in all of the elements, never get days off from horse care, and cover astronomical show entry fees for the chance of winning a 97-cent ribbon.
And yet, we wouldn't give it up for the world.
That's what makes this video so great. This video takes a lighthearted look at the differences between horse people and normal people. From the vehicles that we drive to our willingness to get dirty, this video can't be more true.
Think about the excellent self-discipline that you have, and all of the problem-solving skills that you've developed around the barn. Look at how strong you've become - after all, you can haul water buckets, grain bags, and hay bales around without blinking an eye. And a 1,200-pound unruly horse? No problem - you know how to stay in control.

And if all of that isn't enough for you, then remember the totally awesome friends that you meet as a horse person. From your barn friends to your trainer to your horse, you're sure to have companionship when you're part of the horse world.
Sure, we may be a little crazy and might appear odd to those who don't understand the horse obsession, but we wouldn't trade this awesome life for anything.
