Posted by TF Oren

When Animal Aid Unlimited received a call about a calf that had been injured in a hit-and-run accident, rescue workers rushed to the scene.

The little calf had been dragged along the road by a car, and one side of her body was covered in bloody wounds, from lip to hind leg.

Animal Aid workers transported the distressed baby to Animal Aid's rescue facility. Once she arrived, she began receiving emergency treatment for her injuries.

Rescuers named the calf Berry and showered her with desperately-needed TLC.
