This Golden Retriever puppy had a professional photo shoot, and the Internet is forever grateful.
Instead, he paid a professional photographer to get the perfect shots of his new best friend, Molly - a four-legged companion he'd been waiting excitedly to welcome into his home for weeks.

When Davis posted the photos to Twitter, the Internet went crazy:
Marriage proposals abounded.

He stole many hearts and possibly all of 2017.

But, ladies, Davis gave us the answer for how to steal his heart.
I'll tell you two things... 1, we don't deserve dogs.. and 2, I'll marry the girl that looks at me the way my new pupper looks at me. pic.twitter.com/ENwtxYSxzx

And by the way, Davis, we've got you covered.
To be honest, the only eclipse pictures I care to see are pictures where dogs are wearing the glasses.

Davis listens to the cries of Molly's fans, too.
