In an effort to ease the shame that comes with wearing a pet cone, a devoted cat dad built one for himself to wear along with his recovering kitty.
Sometimes adopted animals end up in the homes they were truly meant to be in. For a little grey kitty named Rengar, this couldn't be truer! His new lifelong companion adopted him when he was only six months old, and the pair became incredibly close right away, according to a recent report by The Dodo.
They can often be seen hanging out, playing games, and napping, but when the time came for Rengar to be neutered, his owner saw the sad side of his tiny friend. No matter how much he tried cuddling him or cheering him up, he could tell the little guy just wasn't feeling so hot, and that "cone of shame" he was forced to wear certainly wasn't helping his mood.
Luckily for Rengar, his human had his back in a big way. Rather than allow him to bear the burden of wearing that uncomfortable and embarrassing cone all on his own, Rengar's human fashioned one for himself out of paper and staples to wear around the house with his feline friend.
