The CMO of Canine Commons reached out to Wide Open Pets to report that the following information is outdated. We will update the article as soon as new information on the facility is provided. In the meantime, you can follow Canine Commons here.

The outdated information follows.

Everything is bigger in Texas.

The largest indoor dog park is coming to Austin for all dog lovers. Austin pups will no longer have to worry about hot sidewalks!

This is a major problem across the country in the summer for all pet parents. How do you get your dog out and exercised when the pavement is simply too hot to touch? Many use boots but the dog boots I've used don't always fit well.

This new facility, Canine Commons, will have a coffee shop, a dog walking track and will be one of the biggest indoor dog parks ever built!

An indoor dog park with a coffee shop sounds like my kind of place!

This $16 million project will include training, educating, socializing, and access to food. The park is more than 50,000 square feet and climate controlled for your dogs.

KVUE ABC reports the news, watch this segment.

The membership will start at $49 monthly for unlimited access to the training courses.

Dog owners can sign up their dog for training lessons! Given the heat, this is the perfect alternative to making sure your dog is tired and gets the amount of daily enrichment they need. I'm always so jealous when I read about these parks!

Would you bring your dog to the ballpark if you had the opportunity? Please leave us a comment below.
