The new trailer for "Star Wars: The Last Jedi" is finally here and fans - as well as a certain pup - can't get enough!
With over 24 millions views on the YouTube trailer alone, the latest Star Wars film is sure to be a blockbuster smash.
If you haven't seen the trailer for the film, you can watch it below:
Not only are people excited about the film, but a certain pup is excited as well. Who is that pup you may ask? His name is Gary, and he is a French Bulldog who belonged to the late Carrie Fisher.
In the photo above, we see Gary staring at the television screen and watching his mom as the iconic General Leia Organa.
Since Fisher's passing in December 2016, beloved dog Gary was living with Fisher's daughter, Billie Lourd, but as of March of this year, he now lives with Fisher's assistant, Corby McCoin.
This photo is sure to stir up some emotions within Star Wars fans, considering the close relationship Fisher had with her four-legged companion. The pair were basically inseparable, sharing plenty of heartwarming moments in recent years. Gary has his own Instagram account where he shares his memories with the late actress, often with the hashtags #garyloveshismom, #garymisseshismom, and #garyloveshisfans.
Although Gary's mom is gone, we hope seeing her on the television screen was somehow able to remind him of all the good times they shared.
"Star Wars: The Last Jedi" opens in theaters on December 15. For more information on the film, check out the official website here.
