Everyone's favorite feline grouch has just cat-apulted herself to a whole new level of stardom.
Last week was a big one for the lovably frowny-faced Internet sensation.
Not only did she help unveil a wax replica of herself at the famed Madame Tussauds wax museum in Washington, D.C., but she also joined the cast of the Broadway musical "Cats" to help close out the show with some scowly pizzaz.
The four-year-old feline posed next to her wax likeness at Madame Tussauds wax museum, and then said "cheese!" alongside several of the museum's other famous inhabitants, including Abraham Lincoln, John F. Kennedy, and Ronald Reagan.
In response to how Grumpy Cat felt about all the to-do in her honor, her owner, Tabatha Bundesen, told Reuters, "She was thrilled. As you can see, she's still thrilled."
From D.C., Grumpy Cat jetted off to Broadway, where she was the guest of honor at Friday's curtain call for "Cats." Thunderous applause surrounded Grumpy Cat, whose real name is Tardar Sauce, as she received an award for her Broadway debut.
Grumpy Cat's rise to fame began in 2012, when her distinctive scowl, a result of feline dwarfism, according to her owner, became the subject of countless memes.
