So, why wouldn't we want to capture and showcase our feelings for our four-legged family members?
That was exactly what donned on four friends two years ago. Emanuele Brambilla, Giorgio Bisi, Roberto Dibendetto, and David Dibendetto wanted to find a way for dog lovers to take their passion for their pets to a whole new level, one for all the world to see. And what better way to do that, than with fine jewelry?
Thus was born Dog Fever, a jewelry brand that creates customizable silver and enamel jewelry for dog lovers. Rings, earrings, bracelets, pendants...you name it. German Shepherds for your ears? Sure. Poodle for your wrist? You bet. Frenchie for your finger? Why not?
Launched in Milan in 2014, Dog Fever has rapidly grown in popularity. The Dog Fever team has grown from the original four founders to a team of seven, and the brand is now an international presence, with products in over 160 stores in the U.S., Australia, and Europe.
The brand currently features 50 different dog breeds, and allows customers to incorporate their individual dogs' unique features into the jewelry. The result is a one-of-a-kind piece of wearable art. Customers who want an extra level of personalization can even have their jewelry engraved with their dogs' names.
Dog Fever's new advertising campaign is set to launch in October. The brand also hopes to release a line of men's cufflinks, key rings, and a handful of additional items in 2017.
The Dog Fever team wasn't content with simply making jewelry. They wanted a way to give back to the community. So they partnered with Una Cuccia per la Vita, a rescue organization that looks after abandoned animals in Europe.
