Dogs and babies are at it again, doing what they do best: being cute.
Dogs and babies go together like peanut butter and jelly, chips and salsa, spring and flowers, and every other cliche two-some out there. Even the most energetic canines tend to calm down in the presence of babies. Intolerant pups are exceedingly tolerant around toddlers that poke at their paws and yank on their tails.

While dogs and kids are cute together, it's important to keep an eye on the interaction. Both canines and infants are unpredictable and curious, which can always lead to trouble. It's also important to note that newborns are still developing their immune systems, so you should not let your dog lick your baby's face from the get-go.
