You may recognize Drew Lynch from season 10 of 'America's Got Talent,' but his Dog Vlog spews serious (and hilarious truth) for all dog owners.
Growing up, there was nothing Lynch wanted more than to be an actor. He was on his way to achieving that dream when he was hit in the throat during a company softball game. His injury caused serious trauma to his vocal chords, and the aspiring actor was left with a severe stutter.
Feeling that his acting career was an unattainable goal, Lynch turned toward a different path. His goofy, not-afraid-to-tell-it-how-it-is attitude allowed him to relate to people on a personal level. It didn't take long for him to earn a credible reputation as a stand-up comedian. He took his jokes to the stage of "America's Got Talent," and he surprised everyone by advancing in the competition week after week. He ended up winning first runner up, propelling him into a successful career as both a comedian and an actor.
Lynch attributes his success to his honesty and unfeigned approach to life's real issues, but there's someone who's been by his side through it all. His service dog, Stella, is frequently a part of Lynch's acts. Lynch's Dog Vlog is a weekly tribute to Stella focusing on everything from awkward encounters with exes to the duties of a service dog.
One of Lynch's most recent videos hilariously describes how service dogs should behave at airports. Lynch speaks passionately about service dog expectations and chronicles the differences between working dogs and family pets while Stella sits perfectly indifferent by his side.
Lynch's videos are always silly and only sometimes serious, but this episode of Dog Vlog addresses how important training is for all dogs, not only working service animals. Stella is a perfect example of what your dog should be doing if you ever take a trip to the airport.
What do you think of Stella's trip to the airport? Let us know in the comments.
