One family is missing more than their valuables after a robbery - their miniature pig was stolen, as well.

When Valerie Couch arrived back at her Cleveland, Ohio home on Monday, she was dismayed to find that she was the victim of a robbery. But it gets worse; in addition to taking a tablet and electronic equipment, the thieves took something truly irreplaceable: Couch's pet miniature pig, Spam.

Couch set about harnessing the power of social media to spread word of the robbery in hopes that someone will have information leading to Spam's return.

In addition to trying to garner media coverage, Couch has begun a GoFundMe to raise money. The money raised will be offered up as a reward to encourage people to look for Spam and bring the miniature pig home safely.

While Couch's efforts and the power of social media have brought Spam plenty of coverage, Couch shared that there hasn't yet been any major progress to bring Spam home.

Spam weighs 15 pounds. According to Couch's neighbors, a tall black man in a gray hoodie was seen driving away from her house. The man drove a newer black two-door Toyota. The vehicle had tinted windows.

If you have any information about Spam, please contact the Cleveland Police Department.
