Macho motorcycle events like the Lowbrow Getdown in Ohio are not the sort of places you would expect to find animals, especially tiny orange kittens. But that's exactly what event-goers saw at there in 2015 in the form of Party Cat, and his owner, Pat.
A New Jersey native, Pat had stumbled upon the tiny kitten in his travels and was unable to just pass him by.
He told his story to the folks at Revzilla like this:
"I was coming back from Born Free in California, and we had made it to Nevada. I was at this truck stop getting gas, and this little guy just needed help. He was pretty badly burned, so I picked him up and tucked him inside my vest. We're feeding him regularly now, so he's doing better, even though he's sort of living on the road until we get home."
Pat began calling the kitten Party Cat.
"He's so chill," he said. "He just hangs out in my vest when we get on the road. I've never met a cat so calm."
While on the road, he fed Party Cat fed tuna fish from foil packets, and by the time they arrived in Ohio almost all of his burns had healed.
