Last night wrapped up the 142nd Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show.

The Best in Show crown was awarded to a fluffy white Bichon Frise named Flynn and his handler Bill McFadden, but more than 2,800 dogs were entered to compete. That means there were many more favorite moments from the 142nd Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show.

Here are our favorite moments and dogs of the 2018 Westminster Dog Show.

1. First, let's make it clear that Flynn totally deserved Best in Show...

2. But then there was Winston the Norfolk Terrier, the winner of the Terrier Group.

3. And TY, the biggest Giant Schnauzer we've ever seen who gave giant hugs when he won...

4. We learned that over the 300 years Saint Bernards have been doing rescue work, they've helped save over 2,000 lives.

5. We got to meet an adorable, albeit drooly, Neapolitan Mastiff.

6. And a Rastafarian Komondor.

7. Bean the Sussex Spaniel won the Sporting Group...

8. We respect 2018 more now that we know it is the 150th anniversary of the Golden Retriever

9. We really enjoyed young Amelia Poor's reporting.

10. The Empire State Building lit up in purple lights to celebrate the Dog Show.

11. Alaska Airlines held a Best at Home Contest which had some great winners.

12. Biggie the Pug stole hearts when he won the Toy Group.

13. Slick the gorgeous Border Collie won the Herding Group.

14. We have a new-found love for German Shepherds, especially since Rumor won Best in Show last year.

15. We loved this one's bling.

16. Lucy the Borzoi won the Hound Group, although we were voting for the Pharaohs...

17. These Frenchies looking fabulous.

18. And finally this Rottweiler looking cute for Valentine's Day.

The Westminster Kennel Club held its first dog show in Gilmore's Garden (now called Madison Square Garden), New York City in 1877, originally only showing gun dogs like Setters and Pointers.

In its 142nd year, it is the second-longest continually held sporting event behind the Kentucky Derby.
