Rabbit names are an important part of raising bunnies! Focus on a name that fits your rabbit's personality! At least that's what most bunny owners are doing according to a poll conducted by Chewy.com.

Chewy.com shares the results of a poll they did on favorite rabbit names,

"We polled more than 9,000 small animal pet owners, more than 2,000 of which were rabbit owners. The following are the top names for all rabbits. A few extra are in there, as some names were a tie."

Here are their top ten rabbit names and some inspiration for other names too if you don't love what you see on their list!

Food dishes, seasons, storybook characters and even colors are great inspiration for rabbit names not mentioned in the above poll. For example, Butterscotch, Bugs Bunny, cloud, pepper, clover, Peter (rabbit of course!), Charlie (Brown!), Ginger, Mocha, Snowflake, Oliver (Twist!), Luna, Rose, Romeo, Hazel, Bailey, and Holly are just a few!

What about human names for bunnies? Our staff lives with dogs that are named after relatives! We know that rabbits make great pets but they do require daily monitoring! They also make excellent indoor pets and live longer if kept indoors. They also need regular vet care as they can hide illness well which makes it difficult to determine when they're ill. They are also easy to litter box train!
