If you thought Pumba was a bombproof horse before, just wait until you see her new, totally over-the-top sales video.
Selling a horse is difficult, as Pumba’s owner discovered. When she first advertised Pumba for sale, she received all sorts of questions about Pumba, including whether she was good with kids. In order to prove that Pumba was, in fact, a bombproof sales horse, her owner created this amazing and totally unique video. Horses don’t get more bombproof than Pumba.
But the questions didn’t end there. Pumba is, amazingly, still for sale (at least at the writing of this article), and her owner is still fielding questions. Recently a potential buyer asked what Pumba thought of chickens, and whether the mare was afraid of plastic bags.
So, Pumba’s owner set out to make another video, this one potentially even more over the top than the first. You have to see it.
Another potential buyer for Pumba said to me, “so she’s ok with kids and llamas but what does she think of chickens and is she scared of plastic bags?” So I thought, well why would they ask that? Maybe they need her to help with the groceries… (No horses, roosters or people of Papakura were harmed during the making of this video…. incredibly.)Thank you to the lovely staff of Countdown Papakura, Mcdonald's Papakura and KFC Papakura and the beautiful people of "Kura" for humouring us when the idiots from Brookby Heights turned up on their doorstep.Doh De Oh by Kevin MacLeod is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/)Source: http://incompetech.com/music/royalty-free/index.html?isrc=USUAN1100255Artist: http://incompetech.com/Circus Tent – Netherworld Shanty by Kevin MacLeod is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/)Source: http://incompetech.com/music/royalty-free/index.html?isrc=USUAN1100769Artist: http://incompetech.com/

Plastic bags? No problem. Chickens? No sweat. A rider in a chicken costume carrying a chicken? Pumba isn’t fazed. Let’s throw in some drive-throughs and a jump or two, just for good measure.
Seriously, how has no one scooped up this horse yet?
So, what do you think will be next in store for Pumba? Something tells me her owner is going to receive many more odd questions, and we’ll be in for a series of videos showing Pumba’s amazing laid-back and bombproof attitude toward life. Which wouldn’t be a bad thing; the videos are quite entertaining.
Maybe Pumba will take on baby carriages next. Or umbrellas. Maybe cows? Spray bottles? Emus? The possibilities are endless.
What do you think of Pumba’s new sales video? What do you think Pumba will tackle next? Tell us in the comments below.
