Here's How a Rescue Cow, Emu, or Pony Can Be Your Valentine This Year

Cupid's arrow has struck Ashburn's Animals Pennsylvania farm sanctuary.

Non-profit sanctuary Ashburn's Animals in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania is pairing humans and animals with their revolutionary valentine fundraiser.

This February, if you send a valentine donation to an animal at the sanctuary, the animal you donated and wrote to will send you a valentine back. The furry, scaly, and feathered creatures even make sure to sign their valentines with their paws, snouts, or hooves.

All of the proceeds from this fundraiser go directly to the animals, helping with their daily care at the entirely volunteer-based sanctuary. Donations can be made online or via snail mail so you can test out your third-grade valentine-making skills.

Emus, cows, alpacas, goats, pigs, horses, cats, birds, snakes, sheep, rabbits, tortoises, and a tarantula are just some of the animals that might send you back an autographed valentine.

You can meet all of the animals to find your Valentine's Day match here.
